Our 90-day limited warranty offers coverage for both structural and mechanical items inspected and found to be in good working order by our trained professional inspectors. Mechanical coverage includes common plumbing components, electrical devices and fixtures, most major kitchen appliances and HVAC equipment. The warranty also covers structural items including poured concrete and block wall foundations, floor joists, bottom and top plates and wall members, roof leaks, load baring wall, and attached garage doors.

This warranty is valid 90 Days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing whichever comes later. You will always have at least 22 days worth of coverage. You will never have a deductible to pay. Claims will be handled within 72 hours of complete submission. This warranty may work in conjunction with an existing warranty.
