An absolutely honest & professional business. I had the pleasure of calling and speaking with an individual from Elementary last evening about mould concerns. I thought for sure I'd get the voicemail, but lo and behold a real person answered and was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. I received expert advice and felt like they actually cared, all the while they didn't try to take advantage of the situation.
